Attended a party here. Good location. Extremely limited parking lot. Max capacity of the building says 43. Table and chairs were adjustable bar style. Clean and well maintained. Kitchen was great. There is a pool outside but it was too cold and windy to go outside.

Haven't used the pool personally, but it looks well maintained and always has a lifeguard on duty when open. Safe for children of all ages, but not a great option if you're looking to do some laps. The clubhouse/venue center inside was really freaking nice though. Full refrigerator, stove, tables with chairs, and TV's. Great for small get togethers and birthday parties.

The lifeguards here are AWESOME. The pool is the perfect size for my small kiddos and the water is always a refreshing temp for these warmer days.
