Outstanding time at the natural heated spring and spa! Impressive pools, slides, employees, and amenities! The food truck was great and a much needed addition! The indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic and nicely laid out from the kiddy pool, outdoor hot tub, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and slide. Somewhere for everybody to go! "Tom" was the lifeguard and maintenance employee who was a wealth of information! He provided all the answers to the kids and adults about the water temperatures and so on! He was most impressive and a delight to talk to! You won't be disappointed once you hang up your cowboy hat and jump in the pool! Enjoy as all of us did!
I love this place. Haven’t been here since I was a kid, but I just went back recently. It has great hot springs, pool and hot tubs (indoor & outdoor), a sauna, a steam room and my favorite indoor water slide. Also, great dressing and rooms with lots of privacy.
What a little treasure of a place! The new ownership of this place has really turned it around (I've been told by a local) and it was lovely! The showers and locker rooms are clean and maintained well! The outdoor area is so welcoming and friendly to everyone. We wished that big outdoor slide was open but the indoor ones my kids enjoyed over and over! :) thank you for such an enjoyable experience and now 2 days later my husband's elbow still doesn't hurt! What a place!
Staff was so friendly and helpful to the incident management team while we were there. Thank you. Hot water and clean bathrooms and showers were wonderful after long days working the fire. They have swimsuits for rent if you forgot one.
Im not sure what silver platter these one star posters were born with. Or what super exotic high end spring they went to that entitled them to rip this place apart, "maybe the state level will see this"?! Hahaha. Jeez. If you are not close to hot springs or rarely visit them, this place is great. Sure their slides are closed, but i dont come to a hot spring for slides (duh). Their steam room is amazing (that is if youre not expecting pristine seats without a single atom of slime) (best steam room ive been in) the weak spot that had been there in 2023 was fixed in 2025. I came in on crutches and was suprised at how easy it was to get around. The floors werent slippery and aside from hoses being used to clean the indoor pools, the walk way was clear. The 3 small outdoor pools are awesome. One of them is hot enough for most sane people. If you want hotter, saratoga has one that ive seen at 119°. The cold pool is so nice! Easy to transition from hot to cold. (Kept around 76°, which doesnt sound cold but going from 105° to 76°, you can tell). At night bugs show up (whonwould have thunk?!) so if youre a sissy go back inside around 7pm. Friendly staff and affordable prices $15 or $12.50 for veteran/senior Thank you for the soak.
