What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews present a mixed but generally critical view of the pool. While some patrons praise the new pool overhaul, the food, and particularly the service and humor of some lifeguards, significant issues are raised. Multiple complaints concern inconsistent lifeguard attentiveness, with instances of them being distracted, talking to friends, or even sleeping on duty. The music is also described as annoying and excessively loud. Furthermore, many patrons express frustration over what they perceive as excessive and restrictive rules, often attributed to parental fears, which have led to the removal or limitation of popular attractions like free swim and the alligator play area, contradicting an 'at your own risk' policy and making the pool less enjoyable and boring.

The music is annoying and way too loud. Makes it not enjoyable honestly!

The pool itself is nothing special, but what really brings home the bacon are the lifeguards that serve and protect all of those who wish to enjoy the water. They provide the perfect combination of service and humor that just makes being a patron a privilege and an honor. The slight sarcastic tone in their voice provides a genuine environment for kids to learn about the real world. 10/10 would recommend

Parents are super annoying. Everything is at your own risk. Just because parents are scared of their kids at free swim, dose not mean that it should be taken away. The alligator is also play at your own risk, doesn’t mean take it away because parents are scared of their kids being pushed. Please fix this. This 4 mil. pool is already starting to get boring because of parents, and the owner or who ever sets the rules for the complex. Please fix this, everything is play at your own risk.

Great new pool overhaul, very fun. Some lifeguards were not paying attention though. For example, one female guard, who was supposed to be watching the kids area, was looking away for a long time talking to a friend.

The lifeguards were not paying attention to the swimmers. One was sleeping on the job. Others were throwing their whistle back and forth. I do enjoy the food and free swim though.
