Very nice, clean, delicious food. The main desk clerk was quite rude when people kept having to come to her because the key cards for the rooms kept deactivating. We had to go back, and I saw other guests go to her. She blamed us for holding the card too close to our phones, which seemed strange. Otherwise the place was lovely.

Decent hotel overall, but one rude employee ruined the experience. This is a decent place to stay—clean rooms, adult-sized toilets, good showers, and comfortable beds. Breakfast starts early at 5:30 a.m., which I really appreciate since I work in construction and am often on the road before most hotels even start serving. The breakfast itself is pretty minimal (bagels, cereal, muffins, microwavable sandwiches), but the early start time is a definite plus. The location is convenient. There's an adjoining restaurant, a McDonald’s right across the parking lot, and a QuickTrip nearby. The reason for the low rating is due solely to one negative interaction. The employee working the front desk on the evening of May 19th, 2025, was extremely rude. She acted like checking us in was a burden and had a bad attitude from the start. It wasn’t just me—our whole crew was talking about it the next morning, and it came up again throughout the day. Hopefully management takes care of her That said, the morning staff was delightful. If not for that one rude evening employee, this would’ve been a much better experience.

I recently stayed there for over a week…Staff was very nice…The women that cleaned the rooms was even nice and attentive …. there was one particular lady with braids .She worked the desk and went above and beyond during her shift

Wrinkled sheets, dusty bedroom swivel pedestal mirror, crumbs under coffee table, greasy finger streaks on glass panels on bedroom door. Left a tip anyway with a little note on the back of the crumpled envelope that was there for tipping.
