I am not typically one to go out of my way to leave a review, especially a negative one. But I am honestly appalled by this guys complete lack of customer care and am shocked he is still in business... My experience with this "company" has been far from a positive one. One of our properties is on a well and has been having issues with the water supply. Ford Water Hauling was recommended to me so I called to schedule a delivery. I called a number of times and no one answered. I was called back 5 hours later from a different number and finally able to speak to a woman about scheduling. I explained our situation and that we needed 500 gallons to fill our holding tanks, which I was told was no problem since the truck carries well beyond that. We scheduled for the following day at 2pm. I was not provided any further instructions or expectations and assumed the driver would be all set to provide the service the following day. At roughly 2pm one of our residents texted me and said the driver knocked on the door and said he was leaving because no one was there. I called her and asked to speak to the driver. Immediately he had an attitude and was upset that no one was there to help him. He said he typically shows up and fills swimming pools, not tanks in the basement. I explained that I was not made aware that this was an issue and the tanks were very easily accessible through the basement storm doors right next to the driveway. He then told me he needed someone to help him and could not complete the job alone (which I was not made aware of when I scheduled). I explained that our plumber would be meeting him there in less than 5 minutes to assist. He agreed to wait and we hung up. Fifteen minutes later the driver called me back and said "Alright the tanks are all full, how am I getting paid?" I said I assumed I would be getting a bill and he said "I usually get paid when I do the job in cash or something. I don't like waiting for my money." So I again explained that I was not made aware of this when I scheduled and had no idea this was expected. He laughed and said "Alright man, I'll see ya" then hung up on me. I was then informed by the plumber (this is not my own personal experience but I have known him for many many years and trust he would not simply make this up) that the driver had some very colorful things to say about me and said "I'm not coming back here. Good luck getting someone else to fill those tanks, I'm the only one that does this around here." The driver handed a $70 invoice to our plumber (who sent me the picture). I scheduled a bill pay check the following day and sent a text to the driver saying a check was in the mail. He responded and said (with misspellings) "Thank you. Let me know if you need anything else." A few days later I received another text from the driver and was accused of not sending the check since he hadn't received it yet. I then explained that it was sent but the post office has been a bit slower as of late and I provided him with a screenshot of the processed payment from our bank account. I then suggested he invest in an invoicing system and he responded the following day and said "I do have a invoicing system pay on delivery." Which... Again... Was never explained to me when I scheduled the service. I'm honestly shocked at the level of arrogance this guy has and his completely disrespectful attitude toward customers. And even moreso shocked that he still has any customers left... One more thing... Contrary to his own personal beliefs, he's not the only guy that does this. I found another company (that actually respects its customers) that are more than happy to provide this service and at a cheaper rate... Best of luck to Ford Water Hauling. I was going to look the other way on the initial situation, but the follow-up texts pushed me over the edge and brought me here.

I have used them twice to fill my pool. Always done an excellent job. No issues except in may take a day or two to get a call back. I don't really care about that.

Bashes other companies. Was mad because my pool was not installed by 10 am and I told him pool installers wernt schedule to between 12 and 3. Said it was to late to deliver. So I called the next day and asked what time they will be arriving wife stated they wernt going to deliver cause her husband was upset cause pool wasnt installed when it was convent for him. Out of my control for pool set up. You must not of needed my 600 dollars that bad.
