What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the establishment are mixed, with several positive aspects alongside significant negative experiences. Positively, many visitors commend the affordable pricing and find it enjoyable for young children, especially highlighting the kid's water slide. The staff, particularly those in concessions, often receive praise for being respectful and helpful, with some lifeguards noted for going above and beyond. However, there are serious concerns raised, primarily regarding lifeguard professionalism, safety protocols, and inconsistent rule enforcement, particularly concerning life jackets and slide usage. One incident described a dangerous situation where a special needs child's safety was compromised due to a lifeguard's actions and conflicting rules. Furthermore, highly unprofessional and derogatory comments from lifeguards about a special needs child were reported, deeply upsetting the family. Other negative feedback includes lifeguards complaining about being splashed and a specific staff member being described as problematic. These severe safety and conduct issues have led some reviewers to strongly advise against visiting, especially for families with special needs children, resulting in a permanent loss of business for those patrons.

I brought 4 boys ages 3, 4, & 5. And they loved it! They wanted to go down the big water slide but was told they couldn't do that because of their life jackets. Although, they do have the kid water slide they enjoyed! Over all , they had a blast and didn't want to go home. Plus let's talk about the PRICE and how cheap it is!
Great and respectful staff. I have had great experiences there and great conversations with them. The concession workers are some of the most respectful people i’ve ever met. The lifeguards are always willing to go above and beyond their job. Great experience and will be visiting again and buying the pool pass.
Great place, decent price with okay food. The staff definitely makes up for it. Will say, there was a person named Becky something. I want to say maybe Huffman. Total Karen, almost lowered my rating just because of her. Hard to listen to and be by.
I would not recommend this place if you have special needs children that are young. My son has autism when we arrived i always ask what the rules are. He was especially interested in the big slide and he is 4 so I went over the rules with 2 different life guards one said he was good to go down with his life jacket but then another said no life jacket no biggie they both said my husband could go at the bottom to catch him. We were there for a solid 3 almost 4 hours my kid was doing this . They had a shift change and my son went down my husband went in to go and get him the life guard grabbed my husband by the arm and told my husband he couldent go in and while he was arguing with my husband my son went under the water I then started running to get my kid when my husband shoved the life guard out of the way to get him from under the water. He then told my husband that this is never allowed I went and spoke to the head life guard and told her what happened and she seemed somewhat apologetic but no where near for my kids safety being at risk. What also deeply upsets me is that when I was gathering our group to leave because of the whole situation all the life guards were sitting to the side speaking about my son and how embarrassing and and psychotic he is and how he needs to be in a padded room for the rest of his life. I cried a little because it is already hard with special needs kids to get out and enjoy things but when the odds are stacked against you with the life guards changing what the rules are and making fun of your child you feel defeated. I hope that no one else has to go through this and as a safety concern I will not be back.
Imagine having a life guard tell you they can't do their job because they got splashed when you went off the diving board. Saying that getting splashed from someone going off the diving board is so distracting you can't do your job as a life guard is ridiculous. You work at the pool, literally standing by the diving board, you are going to get splashed. How are you going to save someone from drowning if you are so afraid of the water getting you wet. On top of that some of these reviews are like reading a horror story. I will not be going back. Need to clean house and remove these snowflake lifeguards that are scared to even get wet, and treat patrons like garbage. Do better. You lost my business permanently.
