Awesome staff and store! 5 stars. When we bought our house 3 years ago it came with a pool. Neither me or my partner have had any previous experience with cleaning a pool or maintaining it, but we did our best to read up and watch videos. We eventually gave up because we could never get the ph levels right and it stayed dirty. We decided to give it another shot this year after letting it go for about 3 years. We tried chemicals from Walmart, homedepot, online- nothing worked. And again- we could not get the ph levels right and the water stayed gross. After hearing word of mouth about Splash Town in Rome, we went there. They tested our pool water for free, and the kind lady at the counter told us what we needed. She helped us pick out the right chemicals too. After following their instructions- we were shocked and amazed at the difference in our pool. The first picture is the before- the second picture is the after. Never did we think we could ever get our pool water looking this nice. We'll definitely be returning!

great store very organized, great customer service. Every one super nice and honest, they try to help us every way possible and answer all our questions .. They gave us great advice how to operate and maintain our jacuzzi. Their prices were better than amazon and other suppliers. The lady in charge was super nice, professional and very knowledgeable I definitely recommend this place thanks for all the help and the great service

Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. We purchased our pool in April and was very understanding that we were getting trees cut and had to wait for set up. When we were ready to have our poo, installed they got us worked in quickly. The installers were also fast , friendly and knowledgeable. They explained how to use our pump and answered any questions we had.
