Something changed this year. Last year they were great; this year not so much. They took out my light fixture to replace the bulb, didn't have the parts they needed, said they'd be back no more than 3 days later and hopefully sooner. Now it's been almost 2 weeks. The fixture is just sitting outside my pool, wire and all. Yes the power is off, but my kids still swim everyday. They don't answer their phone and haven't returned any messages from me or the property managers. Very frustrated with the service this season, mostly from the lack of communication.

Good service up until this year. Do not recommend using this company. I had to switch companies and now am dealing with faulty equipment that was installed.

they take care of our ingrown pool and do a great job. they are fast when you need them to fix things that happen between regularly cleaning

We paid to have a new hybrid water heater installed. It was a complete disaster that dragged on for months! Our entire pool room flooded after the initial install causing damage to the house, gas heater was never hooked up and he ordered the wrong part multiple times, the unit leaked and they were always unresponsive and didn’t seem to care. They now won’t return calls and the entire pool heater and filtration system is broken. The worst!

Josiah did an amazing job turning the un-maintained pool at my new home from frog pond to beautiful clear blue in less than 3 days. His office contact Raquel is always very prompt and friendly. I get an email each time my pool is serviced with a photo of the cleaned pool and an explanation of what was done and why. I contacted 5 local pool maintenance companies on the same day, Alpha responded almost immediately, while I never heard a peep from the other 4. I can’t recommend Alpha enough, they are hard working, knowledgeable and effective with great prices and everything is explained up front with no surprises.
