About

Fenced and free-to-access water park for kids with a splash area, plus a playground.

As a splash pad, it utilizes various water features rather than a traditional pool. The water temperature is generally ambient, reflecting the temperature of the municipal water supply and the outdoor air, and is not typically temperature-controlled or specifically published.

What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the park and splash pad are mixed. The splash pad itself is generally praised as "excellent" and "fun," with specific highlights including a popular "dump-splash bucket" and the ability to accommodate many children without feeling crowded. The park is noted as being fenced in, and it provides lunches to both children and adults. However, the overall condition of the park's dry play area is a significant concern, described as "trashed" with "broken and rusted equipment," "burn spots," "janky repairs," and "missing swings," making it unsuitable for children according to one reviewer. Other criticisms include the use of porta-potties, the presence of homeless individuals, and occasional issues with cleanliness. A suggestion was made to allow adults to use the water features in the early evenings, particularly due to the lack of community pools in the area.

They need to allow adults enjoy the water during the summer early evening. Like when the stop the family play time can the parents come back to play for a bit of relief from the heat. Since there is no community pool on the south side of Roswell NM.

Unfortunately, we showed up just after the splash pad shut off. The splash pad looked nice.... But..... The park was trashed. The equipment was broken and rusted. Burn spots on the equipment covered with janky wood and screws. Missing swings..... And so on. Definitely not a place to take the kids.

Excellent splash pad!! There were 14 kids here & it didn’t feel crowded at all. Best dump-splash bucket I’ve ever seen! Porta-potty only, a few homeless looking dudes hanging around, one lady’s kid threw up and she didn’t bother to do anything about it 🙄 But still a great splash pad and we’ll be back!

We had so much fun. I love that the park is fenced in, and the large bucket is a favorite for the adults.
