Foresthill Swim & Rec Coorpation has a very long history of being Safe while Awesome Fun while swimming. At 15 I myself started swimming and cooling off almost everyday, especially during mid July to end of August. My son then joined and was taught by very friendly, aware and always professional young men and woman how to swim. Year after year he also enjoyed the pool durring many hot summer days while growing up in Foresthill. A local committee oversees and prepares and maintains the pool and I have never experienced or heard any complaint. They seem to always hire Lifeguards who are always watching and demands respect from all following the rules. 100 percent Safty First. For kids it is a great social gathering and very fun day, however, they get imbarrist when caught jogging or running around the pool. Walking only, Safty First. For the adults, there are time out periods which every kid must exit the pool and station themselves away from the pool against the fence or in the shade. Then the adult own the pool to sit in and can cool off, dive off the diving board and/or get 10 laps in without any interference. The Snack bar has all the items for even the pickiest. It is also staft with intelligent, hard working and trained young men and woman. The Foresthill, CA. Pool is surrounded by 1 Little League Field, 1 Softball Field, 2 Tennis Courts, and large City Park. In the City Park there is a Memerial Hall, 1 Museum and 1 turn of century Blacksmith Shop.

I went to water aerobics for my 1st time, the instructor was so knowledgeable and made exercising fun. I will definitely be going back!!

This is a fun place to bring the kids. The life guards are really helpful and nice with the kids. Pool is nice and clear.
