What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this facility are mixed, highlighting significant inconsistencies in operations and customer experience. Positive aspects frequently mentioned include a beautiful facility, welcoming and friendly staff, effective swim lessons, and a variety of programs catering to different ages and interests, with some individuals reporting significant personal achievements like weight loss. Staff are sometimes praised for being attentive to safety protocols (e.g., chlorine levels) and keeping areas tidy. However, numerous critical issues are raised: a consistently unreliable website that crashes, lack of posted hours, and unanswered phone calls, making it difficult to get information. Patrons report frequent delays, late openings, early closings, and lengthy check-in processes, often resulting in less swim time than paid for. There's frustration over community programs or swim teams causing unexpected disruptions to public swim times without prior notification. A major concern is the overall lack of cleanliness and disrepair, with trash, bandaids, and hair ties left on decks for days, and few working showers. Lap swim availability for working adults is also a recurring complaint, with schedules changing and swim teams often taking priority or running over, reducing limited adult swim times. Additionally, there were concerning reports of daytime lifeguards sleeping on duty.

Your first point of contact should be your most reliable. The website crashes and I have confirmed because through multiple and different devices you do not have hours posted . And when I called from 9 am -11 over 15 times absolutely no one answered. I called over and over. Run this place like an actual business . You guys also have community programs come in (that’s great ) but advise the public cause it causes a delay or stop swim times . You should post this ahead of time . Multiple times I have showed up and this happens . I’m going a new location.
Beautiful facility with very welcoming staff! I have a great time everytime I come in for lap swim and to swim with my family :) For those confused on times to go and swim, just looking on their website and even giving a call clears any confusion up. They have a convenient swim hours for the family, from 12 to 1:30 pm and during this time allow pool toys. And in the evening for those that work from 7:00 to 8:30 pm, no pool toys allowed but their fun diving board is open. Staff is respectful and friendly. They’re on top of their job especially during pool delays, when the chlorine levels are too high or too low, they’re on it with letting members know and keeping people safe. Some things just happen, staff has always been helpful in resolving issues. Staff keeps the place tidy, I’m always seeing front desk workers cleaning the area and lifeguards doing walkthroughs in the locker room, making sure all trash is being picked up. People on here have complained about staff being too slow during rec swim times, but have you considered that it’s probably because they’re helping a lot of people lol and they all come in wanting different things? Have patience and wait in line like the rest of us. :)
Okay am just gonna get to the point this was my 1st time coming here, and will be my last time due to it very unprofessional and unorganized. First of all they open late then they had us wait for 45mins. I went to go take my son to swim between the hrs of 7pm to 830pm I wasn't in till 745. Don't understand why the check in process has to be delayed so much. Then they closed early by 816 they were telling us to get out. Oh but when they open they didn't open there door till 725 wow and I still got charge the full price even tho I didn't get the full time. It's not about the charge it's about how they are not following their hrs of Operation. I still ask the girl what time do you start asking people to get out since the wait was so long the rep... said at 830. This is very disappointing I moved from the LA area here and I came from a very populated area and never had to experience anything like this very sad. I took video but it's not giving me the option to download it. On how early they close not following their operating business hours.
Since I joined monthly, I have lost over 100 pounds and is keeping it off. I have met pool pals that will forever be my friends
There are a lot of great things about this pool. The staff, in general, are kind and helpful. The level of care and instruction in the swim lessons is excellent. The pool provides a lot of different opportunities for many different ages and interests. The main reason that I am canceling my membership is the overall lack of cleanliness and the disrepair. There were often many bandaids, trash, hair ties etc. on the pool deck that were just left there for many days. The shower room is the same and has few working showers. Second to that is that as a working adult it is often hard to find a lap swim time. Once you think you have a routine, their schedule is changed and maybe a swim team is now given priority over the already minimal lap time for working adults. You cannot always trust the published hours because they will allow the swim team to run over significantly and with only 50 min for lap swim that day, any loss of time means a loss of your workout. It was also concerning that some of the daytime lifeguards would cuddle up and sleep while they had a pool full of elderly adults to keep safe. I witnessed this quite a few times when I was able to swim during the day. I am sad to be leaving this place because it could really be great if they had management that stressed cleanliness and expanded the lap swim hours in consideration of working adults.
