Dylan and Joey have been great to work with since we had our pool completed this Spring. From teaching us how to use and manage the new equipment, responding to our questions in a timely manner and being reliable to service our pool on a weekly basis. Our pool is always clean and safe to use. Highly recommend Innovative Pool Solutions!

I would give them zero star if I have an option. I contacted them in March for our spa pool summer maintenance. Dylan Owens was the main person who was helping me. He answered all my questions and send me an online pool maintenance contract which I signed and submitted. I contacted Dylan and asked him if he can stop by so I can show him few things and discuss what I need. I told him he can come and bring invoice and I agreed to pay full in advance as they were offering some discount. We agreed to meet one of the day but he didn’t showed off so I contacted him again and rescheduled but again he didn’t showed up. I should have known at that time they are not professional. According to the contract I signed, pool open date was Tuesday June 3rd. I called Dylan on Friday May 30th to ask him what time they’ll come on June 3rd. He said he’ll let me know day before when he makes schedule. My son was graduating on that day so I asked my cousin to be here and gave him a check for the technicians who’s coming to open our pool. When I came back, they were not here. I called Dylan multiple times and sent him multiple messages but he never responded. Finally, at 8 pm, I got a message back from Dylan and said they had an issues with other client so they couldn’t come as scheduled but will come next day or two. We’ll, I never heard back from him. I tried to called many other pool companies but they were all booked for summer or some where not providing services in our area. Dylan never stopped by or send me an invoice as I asked him, I didn’t pay in advance but it doesn’t mean they just ignored me. If they didn’t wanted to do pool maintenance for us, he should’ve let me know when I called him in March instead just not showing up on the schedule day of opening pool. .
