I take my Grandkids almost everyday. It is well maintained. Your dues must be paid in order to be able to use it. Shaded picnic tables. There is a pool attendant and drinks and snacks for sale,

Pavilion with picnic tables, playground equipment including a player and swings all with fresh mulch, with a picnic table outside the pool fence for snack breaks. Small concession stand at pool entrance. Please use hand sanitizer and masks and social distance for safety.

Now that it has finally opened it's really a cool little HOA community pool. There are no lifeguards on duty so parents have got to be vigilant. There are however pool personnel on site and some concession items.

For neighborhood pool, this one is pretty well maintained and has an employee watching and checking poa cards or dues and making sure they arent unruley or damaging anything. All in all. Nice family poa pool facility.

For as much as they charge each home owner to use, they could do more for a play area for kiddos and adults like horse shoe pits upgrading equipment etc.
