Great place for a family! We stayed in a loft cabin with our 2 small children, and we had plenty of space for their pack n plays and all the baby gear we brought along. The cabin is equipped with everything you need! Shana and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The grounds are clean and the area is quiet. We saw lots of deer and bunnies. We didn’t have an opportunity to test out the pool or the trails due to some rainy weather, but they looked fun and I’m excited to try them out on our next stay!

This was the best weekend getaway!!! The manager Shana and staff Madison were extremely helpful and we loved every minute!! We stayed in the nature pods and they will not disappoint!! They are spacious and comfortable very clean! We rented the carts to see wildlife and the whole park which is amazing!!! We looked into the cabins for our next stay! We are booking again for sure next month!! Loved loved loved it!!!!!

It was a magical experience. The Houses are so clean and cozy. In the morning we woke up to the foggy morning and beautiful view to the pond with birds in it. Then as the day went we saw so many deer. We rented the golf cart and took the trailes around the property. ALL the staff was SOOOOO Friendly and made the experience so welcoming and memorable. The location is only 18 minutes away from Fredericksburg so if you want to take the trip for dinner, it's not so bad. But also you can cook right there on the property. The pools are is clean and modern. The pizza was delicious. We will be back there again soon.

We loved our stay at SKYE Texas Hill Country Resort! The views are breathtaking, the grounds are spotless, and everything is beautifully maintained. We stayed in our RV. The sites were clean and spacious, with spotless bathrooms nearby (with AC). The pools, splash areas, and nature paths were perfect for our family. We especially loved the on-site wine tasting with the owner and the stargazing event with a guide—it was magical. Being part of a Dark Sky community makes the night sky here unforgettable. Our 8-year-old had the best time and already wants to come back every year for her birthday! SKYE is a rare gem that blends luxury, family-friendly fun, and the beauty of nature. The people who work here are as sweet as can be! We can’t wait to go back!

Wow! Such a hill country gem. The folks of Skye are extremely polite and very accommodating. We stayed at the tiny cabins that were filled with everything you would need away from home. The place was clean and very well stocked. The place had all the amenities, from pickleball to a luxurious pool. It's just a short drive past downtown and very worth the drive. I would recommend this place for a weekend getaway.
