What are people saying (AI review summary)? The resort is generally described as nice and well-kept but significantly outdated, with great potential due to its beautiful mountainous landscape, though it is in dire need of a complete renovation. While the pool area is appreciated for its amenities like shade, a hot tub, a kids' pool, and summer features such as lifeguards and a snack bar, and some found it clean and warm, several critical issues were highlighted. The pool deck is dangerously worn and can cause burns, and the jacuzzi has black mold. Residents face inconvenience from increasing HOA fees, often malfunctioning entry key cards, and the Ramona Swim Team monopolizing most swimming lanes for extended hours throughout the year. There were also reports of the pool closing early.

Inside the resort is nice and fairly well kept just outdated, but there is no excuse for the condition the pool is in. The pool is dangerously in need of new pool deck, and the jacuzzi needs to be eradicated of all the black mold surrounding its walls inside the tub. The residents pay a constant increasing HOA only to have the entire Ramona Swim team take up Every Single swimming lane (even though the front desk is convinced that they only take up 3 lanes) Monday-Friday, 2-8PM through out the whole year besides summer. The Swim Team leaders even like to command the residents about not using floating play devices inside the pool. Besides that there is a ton of potential with the beautiful mountainous landscape. Just in need of a complete renovation.
It's a great pool. Lots of shade, hot tub, little kid pool, showers, bathrooms and a snack bar to get drinks and ice cream. Two lifeguards during the summer and they take kid breaks ever hour on the 50's for 10 minutes. You can also go inside to the par lounge for burgers and food.
Needs a lot of updating. Half the time the entry key card doesn't work. Pool deck needs some kind of coating over the cement, it'll burn your feet,!
I swim here every summer. Members only, HOA card needed for access
It was clean and warm. Kinda busy even. However for some reason they closed early.
