La administración sumamente irresponsable,no son personas profesionales ni comprometidas para brindar un servicio.En primer plano dos días antes de la actividad nos llaman para decir q no se permite colocar inflables,cuando se realizó la reservación nos indicaron que si se podía y nos querían cobrar $120 adicional,gracias a dios teniamos las evidencias en los mensajes .El dia antes vamos a buscar las llaves y hacer el pago ,nunca nos dieron las llaves del portón principal y nos indicaron que al dia siguiente en la mañana nos daban un código,estuvimos mas de una hora esperando en las afueras con todas las cosas de decoración a q nos contestaran las llamadas y mensajes y nunca nadie nos contestó,tuvimos que escribir a todos los invitados para retrasar la hora de la actividad,una vecina nos ayudó a contactar al dueño y así pudimos entrar,la cocina la cerraron con llave y tuvo q venir otra persona a traerlas.Horas siguientes nos llaman de que no habíamos pagado,cuando el dia antes fuimos a la oficina de ellos personalmente,son demasiados desorganizados,nada responsables, nada profesional.No los recomiendo si quieren tener una actividad organizada y sin percanses.
