What are people saying (AI review summary)? The Fajardo Inn garners largely positive feedback, with guests frequently commending its friendly, helpful, and phenomenal staff (notably Nelson and Nicole) who go above and beyond. Reviewers consistently praise the beautiful grounds, excellent value, and resort-like experience, highlighting amenities such as amazing pools, miniature golf, a wonderful gym, and comfortable family-style rooms. The food is described as delicious, fresh, and full of local flair, contributing to a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. However, some guests noted areas for improvement, including an out-of-order elevator, a bird area that could be better maintained, and a surprising lack of expected in-room amenities like chairs, microwaves, or coffee pots, which occasionally impacted their overall satisfaction.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Fajardo Inn!! It was so beautiful, a really lovely family style room with space for all 6 of us to enjoy comfortably, & so many great amenities! Staff was very friendly & the beaches were a quick drive away! We loved the great accessibility, resort experience and beautiful views for an excellent price!
Didnt stay at the hotel but did the resort pass you the pool facilities and they were AMAZING! The 4 stars is because i think the bird area could be more taken care of with better visibility to the birds. Also has mini gold which is great!
I had the most incredible two-night stay at the Fajardo Inn! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and full of local flair. The entire atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the service was top-tier. This was hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to return!
The grounds of this hotel are gorgeous. 2 pools, miniature golf and a wonderful gym. Nelaon, who greeted us at the front desk and bartended at the pool, was phenomenal. So helpful with everything and just a great personality. Nicole, who was training as a pool side bartender, was also phenomenal. Cant wait to stay here again
Puerto Rico is beautiful and the watching the early morning from our balcony was a great way to begin the day. The staff was friendly, very pleasant. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order. Someone nicely carried our suitcases up and down the stairs. We had to go up and down the stairs to leave the premises. Thankfully I can still do stairs, even if it hurts. We could have requested a room on the first floor, but I really wanted the balcony. I was surprised that there were not chairs in the room. We bought folding chairs to use at the beach, so we used them in our room as well. The cleaning staff took our dirty towels and forgot to leave clean ones one day. I asked the desk and they brought us some towels. I would recommend the Fajardo Inn, but I will probably not use them again. I hadn’t read the information closely and missed the chairs, microwave and coffee pot in the room. I think that must be the difference between three and four stars.
