Nice, basic hotel with a clean room and nice staff. This is not a 5 star hotel. It is, however, a fine option for night's stay at a reasonable price. The room I was in had a tub/shower combo, so check for ADA accommodations. They offer an on-premise restaurant and a free (basic) breakfast. Not many vegetarian options, but I did but get oatmeal and a bagel with coffee (good enough). The Uber ride to the cruise port was $12. This hotel is a great option if you fly in for a cruise. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. Give it a try

We had an excellent overnight stay at the San Juan Airport Hotel. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Michael at the front desk was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and made our check-in process seamless. Breakfast included with the stay was fresh, varied, and convenient, which made catching our early flight stress-free. Everything about the hotel made our short stay easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended for travelers looking for convenience and comfort near the airport.

We stayed here as a layover before going on a cruise. We found the hotel to be exceptionally clean and very adequate for our overnight stay. We ate in the restaurant, the food and service was great. One of our bags did not arrive with us and was going to there the next morning at 6 am. The convenience of being right in the airport and be able to pick our bag up was wonderful. This is not a luxury hotel but I would highly recommend it.

We recently stayed at the San Juan Airport hotel on 7/15/2025 for a one night stay. We stayed in room 604. There were many small ants in our bathroom and bedroom area. We were worried to leave any of our luggage on the floors and were worried about our 4 month old baby in his crib at night sleeping since the mattress was close to the ground in the crib. Also, while my baby was laying on our king bed before checkout, there was a small ant crawling on his head. This was not okay. Ants should not be crawling on us within the hotel room, specially on my baby on a high up surface. When I spoke to the receptionist about this she said I could contact you about a full refund for our stay. We paid $266.83 for our reservation. Which I do not feel appropriate with ants crawling on the floors, our stuff, and my child during our stay. I have a video of the ants on the floor of the bathroom. I emailed my concerns to the hotel and still no response.

The only thing we stayed here just because our flight arrived around midnight. Because this hotel literally is in airport. Room very small and basic. In our room they were huge microwave on the table and didn’t have fridge. There were hair dryer, small sink and walk in shower. The pressure water in the sink has more than in the head shower. Breakfast was included, the dining was kinda spacious. I just wish they offered more their traditional breakfast with an options make your own omelette bar since we’re in PR. Unfortunately they only had basic continental breakfast similar like in the U.S. With our experienced everyone that works here was friendly.
