Family-friendly, community-owned pool that is heated, has a lap section and offers lessons.
The 25-yard competition pool at Sinsheimer is typically maintained at approximately 78-80°F (25.5-26.6°C) for lap swimming. The recreation/therapy pool is kept warmer, usually around 88-90°F (31.1-32.2°C), suitable for lessons, therapeutic activities, and general comfort. The children's splash pad and wading pool are also maintained at a comfortable, warm temperature.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews highlight a generally positive experience with the outdoor 16-lane lap pool, noting its cleanliness, affordability, and friendly, well-staffed front desk and lifeguards. Users appreciate the ease of making reservations, the availability of private lanes, and the variety of activities offered, including water aerobics, pilates, and a superheated 90-degree therapy pool. However, one significant complaint regards the adherence to the summer schedule, with families and children reportedly allowed into the pool earlier than scheduled, disrupting classes and causing a noisy environment for those doing aqua aerobics due to unsupervised splashing and play. Despite this, the overall sentiment is that it's an exceptionally nice public pool, especially compared to typical indoor gym pools.

Super nice outdoor 16 lane lap pool. Reservations are easy to make, it's cheap for such a nice pool, you get the lane to yourself, and most people seemed to be very courteous. I'm used to awful indoor gym pools so this place is phenomenal, especially if that's what you are used to! Front desk was very nice and explained all the (somewhat complicated) covid rules also. You do have to book in advance but the website is very easy to use. Definitely recommend!
Love this place! Great for water aerobics, pilates, lap swimming, therapy pool, deep water exercise and rec swimming. The price is right and staff is friendly.
The schedule is Not followed or respected in the least in the Summer, I have spoken to the management, nothing. Opens 11am for Aqua Arobic Class and lane swimming, then 1:45 for Family Swim till 4:45. YET families are allowed in at 12:45, but really they are in at 12:35. I want to continue doing Aqua But children are allowed into the pool that scream, splash, hit, push and throw wet tennis balls, hitting you. Nothing from the lifeguards. Allow us that do Aqua ONE more hour peacefully, till 1:30. Families get three hours. PLEASE!
This is an exceptionally nice public pool. The best thing about it is the little superheated 90 degree pool for kids and elderly folks. From 11:30 to 1:30 you can swim with your kid and the price is extremely reasonable. It's like a giant jacuzzi. There is a big lap pool as well with a bunch of lamb which is sectioned off to have half size Lane. There are no lockers so you need to be prepared to keep your stuff with you when you're swimming.
Clean. Friendly staff. They are well staffed with lifeguards. I felt very comfortable with my grandkids in pool.
