Was scheduled, they led me on as if they would show up. They won’t show up. By the way, they will take your deposit and communication will be spotty to non existent. If I could give zero stars i would.

Demanded payment up front, took weeks to clean, broke pool pump piece (then fixed when confronted), expensive. Stay away.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Very rude when texting and wanting payment. After payment was received there was no communication. She came out one time to work on my pool and hasn’t returned. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received a response. I’ve called and texted with no response. I paid up front $650 and still have a green pool. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and contacting my lawyer. They shouldn’t be able to do business as they are just taking people money and not providing a service.

Brittany and her husband did an amazing job on our above the ground pool. They were very professional and communicated well regarding the process of the cleaning of the pool. Brittany went over and beyond to explain to me how to maintain the pool. I was worried that after getting the pool clean it would not last for my daughter's graduation party, however Brittany assured me it would be okay and even promised me she would come out the day before the party to make sure everything was good!!. I was so happy, I definitely recommend their service. #SupportSmallBusiness.

The worst pool cleaning and repair company. I Hired Fayetteville pool cleaning to clean my pool on 6/2021. They came to look at the pool and informed that the pool will need a new liner and they can repaired the liner and they quote me $750 to get the toor and the liner repair and do a full cleaning and get pool ready to swim. I rented from Nest property management real estate. I told them I will contact my property management and let them know. Property management refused to payed for repair since I have small kids and I’m scared for the safety with a pool look like a swamp and dragon flyers all over it. After a lot of persistent from Fayetteville pool cleaning and lawn, telling me they can fix it. I decided to hire them to come to repair the pool and clean it. After paying them the first half of the money $300 to order parts. They finally came on the 6/4/2021 to do the repair and clean the pool. They came really late that night, they informed the parts they order will not be able to fix the issue. They came back on the 6/6/2021 to do the job with another person that confirmed to me that they can add more sand to pull the liner up and repair liner. I had to go to church so I left the back yard open for them so they can get job done. While I was in church they text me to let me know they are done with the job. I asked for pics to confirm. When I saw it looks done. I send the payment via cashapp. They informed me that the water have to be running all night long for the pool to fill up. In the middle of the night around 3am, I went to check if pool was filled up, I saw that the tear on the liner came apart and it even worst than before. I sent Fayetteville Pool cleaning service a text message as soon as I saw the torn. In the morning I called to informed them again of their work not well done and they need to come back out to fix it or give me a refund. Brittany, the owner of the company started to accusing me of all kind of things. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told me and my kids torn the liner back again that same night at 3 am and she did her job. She will not give me a refund. She even contacted my property manager to informed them that I am the one who torn the liner and they should not fix it. my kids and I never use the pool since we move. They did a clumsy job and they refuse to make it right. I tried to have them come back to fix the issue but to this day, they did not come back to fix this issue or refunded the $750.
