Shooting at Talavera two Sundays ago. Last Sunday the police came to arrest someone who was violent. This place is becoming a gueto. This is my third negative review I leave and they all dissapear. When they see a negative review the Office call you to kindly invite you to erase it, if you don't agree they make it dissapear. This is the only reason why you see positive reviews. Maybe the place use to be good, now is súper expensive, not worthy for the value and dangerous. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

Lived here for nearly five years! So grateful for the front staff, especially Jackie and Rebecca, who were always there to help. Overall, it felt very safe to live at Talavera. There are also several state/city policemen residing in the complex, so you'll often see police cars parked as well.

Because of the need for O2 24/7, I was approved a handicap permit by the DMV. I placed a request for a handicap parking slot be identified with a sign close to the building I live in. I submitted a request from the office on Tuesday, August 14 at 10:00 AM. The posted sign was placed within 2 hours and the slot was stenciled by 5:00 PM. Everyone from the Complex manager (I do not know her name), Jackie (my first contact) and maintenance supervisor Steve all pulled together to ensure my health needs were top priority. What a great place to live with all staff being so caring and devoted to its tenants.

I've only been here for a few weeks, but I wanted to leave a review. I've had a great experience here so far. It's quiet and comfortable, and I foresee myself living here for a long time. The office staff is wonderful, and are very fast to respond to any issues.
