Absolutely disgusting hotel, do not go here. Had 2 rooms booked, apparently they were rooms on the fourth floor attic above the pool. The elevator only goes up to the third floor so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The rooms up there were nasty. Stains in the toilet, shower, and sheets. Dirt everywhere, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned ever. There was no lock on the door. Headboards were broken. We went downstairs and complained and they gave us upgrades into 2 rooms on the second floor with balconies. Same sort of thing. There was food crumbs in the fridge, stains on the towels, mold on the shower curtain, dirt everywhere. Even beads on the floor from a bracelet from a previous customer which is how I know there was no vacuuming done. I asked the cleaning person for 2 extra towels for the morning and she refused to give them to me. The balcony door locks were broken. The gym was abysmal. 3 pieces of equipment and 2 of them worked. The treadmill had sweat all over it and clearly wasn’t cleaned. They have the windows open so there’s spiders and insects everywhere. The last 2 days we went, there were spiders building their webs on the treadmill which is disgusting. I went to see the game room one day and there are spiders on the ceilings, walls, and everywhere. Even if I wanted to use it I couldn’t. We were told that they have laundry on site and it turned out that laundry is in a different hotel across the street and that we could walk and use another hotels gym. I shouldn’t have to use another hotels amenities when I’m told that there are amenities at my hotel.

There is a reason it 2.5 to 3.5 stars. We got a 2 bedroom suite for 5 nights. Considering I paid a decent price figured it would be decent. We'll there is a smell that I cant put my finger on. They had a dehumidifier in the second room. The bathroom Tp had no holder, the tub drains like its clogged. No breakfast but there are discounts of a whopping 10% to some local restaurants. I dont usually complain, so since I paid and am here for 5 nights im making the most of it. The water park is old and in need of multiple updates. Sauna doesn't work. However my 5 year old loved the Waterpark indoor pool and hot tub and outside hot tub and pool. Pay the new hotel prices and get what you know you will enjoy.

Property is outdated and there are obvious issues with cleanliness. The first room I was given had a huge reddish stain through the mattress cover and onto the mattress. Front desk got me into a new room but still not the best. The sink leaked onto the counter, TV was broken, toilet seat was cracked, peeling wallpaper and the list could go on. Waterpark was outdated, no life guard on duty, floor in pool and hot tub cracked and mold and rust all over. Security concerns as side doors were left unlocked, requiring no key card access for entry. Additionally, while the front desk staff were helpful, they weren’t particularly pleasant and performed duties perfunctory. Simply spend the extra money and go to a nicer place.

We stayed in 5111 on the ground floor. When we arrived the vinyl plank floors were filthy you could see food crumbs and dirt on the floor. The kids feet were black from going barefoot. It took asking 3 times to finally get the floor vacuumed and mopped. The bedsheets were too small think twin top sheet on a queen bed. There was no roller to hold the toilet paper so the toilet paper roll had to sit on the counter. The freezer had at least two inches of ice. Never would I recommend this place to others. I asked several other people who were staying there and they all were having similar experiences as we did.

PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! Dirty, dirty, dirty! Deep, permanent carpet stains literally every 2 feet on 1980s, frayed, orange carpet. Furniture COVERED in dust. Dead bugs all over ceiling- we had to stand on bed to clean them off with disinfecting wipes. Broken screen to balcony so couldn't use door wall. Smells absolutely moldy. All doors severely dented & dirty. Bathroom tile & counters dirty at check-in. Waterpark pool water murky & smelled horrible...health hazard so we never used it. Site says deluxe workout room- it's 3 machines in a tiny room that reeks. Game room smells & had heat blasting in August. Called front desk for towels, only to be on hold 10 minutes & then disconnected. Had to chase housekeeping down halls to get towels or trash emptied. Luggage carts filthy w/stained carpet where you place suitcases. No breakfast included & coupons you're given for local restaurants...overpriced & disgusting food. Worst hotel in my life. It's shameful.
