I'm not sure this Joe guy who gave a terrible review is speaking of the correct business. I never heard of any of those people. The owner of this company is wonderful and very helpful. I also scrolled through his other reviews, Joe left the same review copy and paste for 3 pool companies. Same names and all. His review should be removed. The Deriches are great. Go here for everything!

Used Derichies exclusively when we purchased our home that had a pool. Contacted them several times to do some work on our pool with absolutely no response back. When we finally did get a response they gave us a large price tag, to which we said OK and then never heard from them again other than to tell us to try to do it ourselves when we spoke to them in person. When we have gone for testing/chemicals we have spent lots and lots of money. Sometimes it has worked sometimes it has not. When we have purchased products-i.e. parts for our filter, paint to attempt work ourself, etc. it has inevitably been defective every time. They are unwilling to help with any of that and simply tell us to call the manufacturer. Have spoken to a few other people who have had similar experiences with the large amounts of money spent on chemicals that turned out to be unnecessary. Highly disappointed.
