What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the pool offer a mixed bag of experiences. Positives include the pool generally being clean, well-supervised, and lifeguards effectively managing crowds, allowing for an enjoyable swim even on busy days, with some finding it reasonably priced for families. However, there are significant criticisms, primarily concerning high prices, especially for non-residents, and inconvenient cash-only policies for entry or the snack bar, sometimes with a card surcharge. Crowding, long waits for non-members, and initial restrictions to Kingston residents are also common complaints. Several reviews point to poor customer service at the front entrance, citing dismissive attitudes and unprofessional behavior. Most seriously, one lifeguard is repeatedly accused of inappropriate conduct and showing agitation towards specific demographics. Minor issues like cold water are also mentioned.

Everyone enjoyed the day very much, it was crowded but the lifeguards stayed on top of things and we had plenty of room to swim! Very reasonably priced for a family.
The pool is nice but expensive. The one lifeguard was acting inappropriately, humping the air, in front of little kids. I saw him do this on multiple occasions. He also seems to get quickly agitated by a certain demographic more than others. I'm not the only person that noticed.
Crowded on a hot summer weekend, with a long wait for non-members to get in, but clean, pleasant, and well supervised. You can pay with a card to get in, with a 3% surcharge, but the snack bar only takes cash. OK to bring camp chairs, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks, but no glass bottles or coolers. Kids 12 and under have to be accompanied. $13 per adult from outside Kingston. Valid state ID required, and you have to sign a waiver.
This pool is the worst! First of all they only accept people who live in Kingston for the first month or so. They have you sign a waiver with your ID so they can check the address. It's ridiculously expensive and they only accept cash. Who has that much cash on them? If you only accept cash then make it cheaper! Also the water is sooo cold!!! Worst pool ever!!!!!
Customer service at the front entrance is not where it needs to be, I don’t need someone eating in my face, nor a dismissive attitude. Please hire people that are attentive and with actual customer service skills
