Do not go here. Wanted a semi inground pool. Reffered installer didn't know how to put it in so I ended up with a completely above ground pool with a liner full of wrinkles and divots. Solar cover wasn't made for this pool and also got a winter cover that was for an inground pool and was told it didn't come in the size for my pool. However I found one online that covered the sides of my pool. Avoid this place entirely!!

Please do not use this store. I bought pool chemicals there, and was very clear that I didn't understand the process. Not only was I bamboozled into buying products that can't be used in my pool, but then when I attempted to return them, I was told I couldn't. Okay, a policy is a policy, but the owner was yelling at me, telling me that I probably tampered with the product or gave it to someone that tampered with the product, and berated me. I left the store, and cried in my car. By the way, my products still had the seal on them. This place is a mess, and shouldn't even be in business. He is also sexist, and degrading to women. I will never go there again, no matter what!

I just moved into a place that has a pool. The pool looked like a stagnant pond when we took the cover off 😖 The staff at quality pools has been incredibly helpful. The free water testing really helped point us in the right direction. Their prices on supplies seems very reasonable compared to other pool stores. I'll keep using them.

Traveled an hour to get our Aquabot repaired. I was told it would take 3-4 days. When I called on day 6 I was told it would possibly be done that day, and if not definitely the next day. I called on Day 7 towards the end of the day and it hadn’t even been looked at! Called on Day 8, three times. The one repair guy they have finally called back and the problem was too expensive to fix. When I went to pick it up the owner made me pay the diagnosis charge stating that he can’t control the weather and they only have one guy to repair them and put in liners. Also that this one guy is dealing with an unexpected personal tragedy (never mentioned to me when I called all those times!!!). No apology or acknowledgment of wrong doing. Don’t give me a time frame you can’t comply with. You should have a general idea of your work schedule. If it’s gonna take a week or two weeks be honest up front. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I gave one star because no stars was not an option. The whole story about why I think you should go anywhere else is way too long to write. But what I will say is that from the moment I met these clowns last year it has continued to cost me money. I'm now up to roughly $2,000 in unnecessary expenses trying to fix their mistakes and oversights. I just discovered that the pump they put in last year is too small for my pool so I now have to buy another. They are less than worthless. The owner is a clueless buffoon who hates his employees. So you can only imagine the customer service you'll get. I can go on for hours about the mind numbing conversations I had with these people as they swindled me out of thousands. But instead, I'll just say go anywhere else. Olympic Pools has been very good to us so far.
