What are people saying (AI review summary)? The facility generally receives positive feedback, with many patrons praising the enjoyable lap swimming, effective and inexpensive cardio/strength classes, comfortable water, and friendly, engaging staff. Special events are highlighted as particularly 'awesome,' and amenities such as the heated pool (85 degrees), diving boards, spacious locker rooms, and ample parking are appreciated. However, a significant recurring concern is the inconsistency and variability of operating hours, especially during summer and due to budget/staffing changes, which has led to frustration for some visitors finding the facility unexpectedly closed. A minor complaint was directed at the push-button showers. One review strongly advocates for people to become lifeguards, noting free training and good pay, to combat local pool closures caused by staffing shortages.

Great lap swim especially in the early afternoons on weekdays. Lovely cardio- strength sessions without extra charge. A real discovery. Just FYI: Check the times on the website or call. Especially during the summer the days and times change: no afternoon swim
The staff is fun and engaging and super helpful. The exercise classes are a good workout and inexpensive.
Nice place, comfortable water, friendly staff and clientele, and decent prices for the service it provides. Apparently, its seasonal hours can change from year to year depending on budget and staffing, but where is that not the case when it comes to local government run stuff?
EVERYTIME I come here it’s closed. I think it’s very dumb to have different hours online than what they have on their door. DONT RECOMMEND
Water is essential. The life giver and taker. Kali, bestowing and destroying. Today, they had an awesome event with water cardio, sound bathing, pool side yoga, races, and so much more. They were giving swag and snacks. It was awesome. The pool is heated to a balmy 85 degrees. It has diving boards and a spacious locker room. My only complaint was the showers they had only 3 normal ones. The rest were the ones u have to press repeatedly. Shuddering memories of high school emerged. God, I hate those because too often, it took 20 presses, and u would get soap in your eyes... God, I hate those showers!! Rant over. The staff was great and posted all around was advertisements for FREE LIFEGUARDINGS CLASSES, it pays 17.70 per hour. (Hint, Hint). The reason I used the bold on that is because milwaukee has had to close so many pools over the last few years due to a lack of lifeguards. I have tons of memories of swimming, diving, and just messing around. Getting exhausted and reading to the soundtrack of lapping waters and laughter. So please, if u read this and can do it. Become a lifeguard. The place has ample parking and next to a golf course. Be bold. Try something new and dive into water
