What are people saying (AI review summary)? Pirates' Hollow Community Waterpark generally receives positive feedback as a nice, family-friendly summer destination with a large pool, slides, and a diving board. Many long-time visitors appreciate the classic amenities, and evening swims are recommended for a less crowded experience. However, several patrons expressed frustration over being charged full price for very young children (1 to 1.5 years old). There were also complaints about the rule prohibiting personal floating devices, which some found to be poorly communicated or enforced, leading to a diminished experience. Additionally, one reviewer noted an inconvenience due to a locked bathroom on the deep end, causing a long walk for a disabled individual.

Very nice but I was charged full price for my 1.5 year old. Then I had brought a floating device for my 1.5 year old as he hates life jackets and they told us that was not allowed. Overall other than this being close to my house, it's not worth the money. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to random lake where I can actually play in the water with my kid.

Pirates’ Hollow Community Waterpark is a nice place to go for the family during the summer if you are in the area. Prices aren't bad and the pool is large enough with two different slides and a diving board. I recommend going during their evening swims, it is a lot less busy.

It's a nice pool but they charged us for our 1 year old to get in as well! They didn't have any signs that we couldn't use a pool float for our baby, nobody said anything for 25 minutes!!

Been coming here for 30 years still rocks. Love the classic plank driving board; that's the sound of summer baby!
