The pool experience is below average at best. For the money, 1 star. We ordered some french fries right away and got them quickly. Seemed like a good start. But our VIP experience was anything other than VIP. You can expect VERY slow, and VERY below average service. If and when you got a drink, it was few and far between. The staff appeared lazy, incompetent, and would show up with one drink after you ordered four as a group. They would bring them out one at a time. My entire experience at this casino in any facet of beverages is that they should fire their beverage manager and director. You don't get service. You get employees bringing you drinks. It's absolutely horrible. Thought the DJ was good in the pool that was the only bright side.

5 stars for the pool, 1 star for the softcore fashion show at the family section. Look, I love this place. Sun’s out, I’m out—flipping like a rotisserie chicken and living my best farm-free, kid-wrangling, two-job-having life. Whether I roll up solo, with my husband, or the whole herd (kids included), we always post up at the regular family pool, not the 21+ adult zones. But after three weekends in a row, I’ve noticed a pattern—and not on the towels. There’s always that one person treating the family pool like it’s Miami Swim Week. I’m talking about string bikinis so small they could floss teeth. Ma’am, this is not the “adults only” section, and I do not want my toddler asking why that lady’s swimsuit is hiding behind her. So here’s my humble, slightly sunburnt opinion: If your swimsuit consists of dental floss and prayer, maybe head over to the 21+ pool where that kind of fashion statement is better appreciated. Let’s keep the family pool family-friendly. Dress code, anyone?

What an awesome pool experience! We reserved chairs early so this made everything super easy. The manager Wanda was so incredible going by checking on customers and her staff. This lady deserves a raise WinStar, this is call exceptional customer service. She always had a smile on her face when communicating to us. Nice job Wanda!!!

This was our first time to experience Cascades at Winstar. We selected the area with no children and were thrilled for the option of such. It was a very pretty setting. The nearby bar was fun and impressive, though we didn’t get the opportunity to use it because the service at the pool was outstanding. Our server, Alley, literally, came by and checked on us probably every 15 minutes. Very impressive. We loved her. The drink choices were right down our alley. All was great and we loved it until another guest brought with him his own speaker and decided to compete his rap music with the music that the venue was playing (which in my opinion wasn’t loud enough to begin with). We complained a few times but it never went away. When it came time for us to leave, we had the opportunity to speak with Wanda, the manager, who apologized profusely. Though I had been told she had been made aware of my complaints, she had not. She assured me that she would not have permitted that man to have played his own music and she credited us the equivalent of another day to make up for it. She was intensely accommodating as a manager should be when a customer is displeased. Had that incident not occurred, my rating of of the Cascades would have been a 5 Star. We do look forward to returning and giving it another try. Thanks to the Wanda. I do believe the management is great.

We wanted to give a praise to Teal our bartender and server on Friday. She did a great job checking in on us while handling two adult pool sections at the same time. She was always positive, polite and ready to serve. Great job! We come to this pool quite often and there are some runners that could learn something from a little hustle in their britches like Teal, LOL
