What are people saying (AI review summary)? EmBe receives mixed reviews, particularly for its daycare services. While some parents highly praise the care for older children (e.g., 2.5 years old), highlighting amazing teachers, frequent updates, and engaging activities, others express significant dissatisfaction with the care for younger children (e.g., 1 year old), citing a lack of structure, poor communication, inactive staff, and child distress. Despite these age-dependent experiences, the daycare is generally noted for having well-educated and caring staff with good communication in many instances. Beyond childcare, EmBe is consistently commended for its excellent customer service, with receptionist Precelia specifically lauded for her professionalism, welcoming demeanor, and helpfulness. The facility itself is also described as clean, upscale, and well-equipped for exercise and recreation, including a pool.
Reviews
My oldest went to EmBe since 3 months old until a little over 2.5 years and we had great experiences in almost all the rooms. Her most recent teachers in the 2s rooms are amazing!! She loves going to daycare, I got frequent updates on activities they do throughout the day and she is always coming home with crafts. My youngest on the other hand I have been less than impressed with her teachers ever since she moved up from the baby room. There was no lead teacher, no structure, no good communication. She has cried every day at drop off and at pickup when she sees me like she’s been distressed all day. One of the ladies just sits in the rocking chair all day. When I dropped her off I usually had to set her down in the room and walk away while she screamed and often the ladies did nothing about it. She frequently came home dirty, from the floor or also with food in her hair or in her skin folds around her neck. They also rarely ever did crafts or activities with the kids. So pending the ages of the child going there I would give varying reviews- for my 1 year old- 1 star, for my 2.5 year old- 5 stars!
Great customer service. Was greeted with a warm smile from precelia the receptionist. She was very professional, helped me out with all of the questions that I had. Made me feel very welcome, I'll definetly be back again.
The front desk employee is very respectful and makes me feel more of a welcoming when I come work out.. thank you precelia, also very clean and upscale place to exercise or just play some ball or take a dip in the wonderful pool..
My son has been going here for a few months now and I can honestly say that knowing he's being taken care of so well makes dropping off my first kiddo so much easier. Thanks EmBe!!
Great daycare. Well educated staff. Great communication with parents. They care and do their best for children.
