What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this facility are mixed, but generally positive regarding its new, clean, and well-maintained facilities, including a perfectly heated pool and amazing hot tub. Many staff members are described as welcoming, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable, particularly in assisting with e-bike rentals. However, a significant point of criticism, specifically concerning the swimming pool area, is the presence of numerous 'petty rules' and, in some instances, rude staff behavior towards children. Visitors, especially those new to the pool, expressed frustration over strict regulations like specific wristband requirements for diving boards and the prohibition of floaties, suggesting a need for better orientation on rules to allow children to enjoy themselves more freely.

In town for only a week for work. Hotel provided a Luverne Visitors Pass, which allows 3 free visits. Wonderful and welcoming staff. Facilities are new, well maintained, and clean! Opportunities to rent e-bikes as well. Didn’t have the time to try that, unfortunately.
I RARELY write reviews but our experience here was not good. I grew up in this area and went to this pool often as a kid. While the remodel looks amazing... some of the staff were very rude to my kids and other kids who were swimming. My kids have never been to this pool and weren't being rowdy but they didn't know the NUMEROUS rules here. We've been to swimming pools all over MN and never experienced so many petty rules. I watched another family experience the same disappointment as her son was not allowed to go off the diving board because he didn't have the correct color wristband, even though he was clearly a strong swimmer and his mother was literally watching him on the side. If you are going to be so safety minded (not a bad thing but there is such a thing as overkill), then I suggest that people who have never been here before get a quick orientation on what's allowed and not allowed. Let kids be kids!
Everything is amazing accept you can't bring floaties
Very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Rented a couple ebikes and gentleman that was working was great in assisting us. Faculty itself liked nice from what we seen but didn't go through it all
Very clean, and wonderful staff of employees!! All equipment works well. The heated pool is at the perfect Temp, and the hot tub is amazing.
