Holiday Inn Express usually comes through strong for me. This one was no exception. Everyone was friendly and it was clean. Breakfast was standard and out on time. Coffee was good. Couldn't ask for more. Marriot and Hilton needs to take notes. They are both about to lose my business completely.

Love the location and the service here but the rooms could use some work. The one I'm in now has a section of the floor that is damaged and pushing through beside the window. It's also very inconvenient that they've removed the coffee makers from the rooms and now just have a coffee machine in the lobby. I don't think anyone wants to see me walking down there in my birthday suit at 11:00 p.m. to get a cup of coffee or tea.

We originally came in from Delaware and booked a room at red roof the minute I checked in there and seen my room, I walked right out booked this on a limb. It worked out absolutely amazing. Check-in was easy room service amenities amazing place. Thank you again.

The hotel is clean, and in a good location for visiting my family member that lives there, however, I will not be staying there again. This is second year I have had horrible service regarding my getting my incidental fee released back to my bank card! Last year charged 100.00 this year 50.00. I have called hotel everyday last week no one will do anything not even the so called manager! He was very rude the day we spoke. This is ridiculous! I checked out July 1 and still nothing done about this! I am a member of IHG and love the hotels every where I travel, but only reason I stayed here again there was a car show & all other hotels were booked! Something needs to be done about this hotel service! Should not hold up customers money! Ridiculous!

Room seems clean. Air conditioner is either silent or "loud" (not noisy like it's broken). Microwave and fridge. No in room coffee maker, but coffee is available all hours in the lobby. Lobby staff was friendly. Cleaning staff in hallways were friendly (usually a rarity). Wash cloths in our room were dingy yellow (gross), seemed clean, just dingy. No ventilation in the bathroom, mirror wouldn't clear without door open or wiping with a towel. Have stayed at this location several times. (Business trips).
