⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I first came across Country Homes Power at the 2025 Spokane Home & Garden Show on my way to set up my own booth for Cline’s Heating & Air Conditioning. James greeted me and walked me through their hot tub display, and although I had already been researching Platinum Spas, he took the time to show me the different models and answer all of my questions. I didn’t end up purchasing until late summer, but James was patient and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I ultimately went with the Platinum Spa Tokyo model — and it has exceeded every expectation. With 89 jets, three pumps, and a built-in sound system, this spa is nothing short of amazing. We use it every single night (sometimes twice a day, even in the mornings), and it has truly been one of the best investments for both our health and our home. If you’re in the market for a hot tub, I highly recommend Country Homes Power and James for their outstanding service and top-quality products.

Just purchased a hot tub and had a great experience. The whole team was helpful. They worked with me in timing for delivery, are very responsive to phone calls and questions, and I am more than pleased with this purchase. The team that delivered the tub is very skilled, worked with the electrician , and provided great education and cost saving recommendations for maintenance. So pleased with this purchase and Country Homes. Highly recommended.

We purchased a hot tub and massage chair from Country Homes Power. We were in the middle of a complicated move and had to keep rescheduling the delivery date, but they were really good to us despite that. When James and Preston did come for delivery, they were fast and efficient. They took the time to go over all the important details and offer us information to use in the future.
