What an unforgettable experience! Our group had the pleasure of rafting with Charlotte as our guide, and she was absolutely amazing. She balanced safety, skill, and fun seamlessly, keeping us confident through the rapids while making sure we enjoyed every moment on the water. We all work in healthcare, so downtime and self-care are incredibly important to us. This trip with Crab Apple was the perfect way to step away from the stress of work, challenge ourselves, and laugh together as a team. The thrill of the rapids combined with Charlotte’s encouragement made it both exhilarating and restorative. If you’re looking for an adventure that’s equal parts exciting and refreshing, we can’t recommend Crab Apple, and Charlotte in particular, enough!

This is by far the best white water rafting experience on the East Coast. This is a family owned business and the people in charge always make you feel comfortable and important. Each attendant made their utmost effort to get to know you. The best part of our experience was that we had Ethan and Jeff as our Raft guides. They explained everything to us and made everything seem so simple. They were phenomenal at their job. The food at the end of the rafting experience was all that the tired souls yearned for. We were a group of 10 and everyone was satisfied to the brim. I recommend going in a big group to get the full experience.

Whitewater rafting at Crab Apple was the highlight of our Berkshire vacation. The entire staff was welcoming and courteous. Our guide in particular, Frank, was the man. Knowledgeable, composed, and hilariously engaging with my family. The post ride meal was fantastic. The cool selection of merchandise was fairly priced and of good quality. I’ll leave you with this… the only thing all four of my teenaged kids (ranging from 12 to 16) could talk about on the long ride home was what a great time they had with the Crab Apple crew. Usually car rides with teens are silent with eyes buried in screens and ears tuned out by AirPods, but not this time. A core memory for them, and in turn us, was made that day and for that I am eternally grateful. We hope to be back!

We had a blast rafting with Crab Apple. They are a small family owned business that truly cares about the customer experience. Zach was a great guide that was serious about safety but also made sure we had fun. Would definitely recommend booking here!

We didn't actually go out but Susan provided us the perfect info to do it ourselves in a "safe"spot on the river. Susan if you ever see this... He loved it and was out there all day on his own kayak. Thank you so much for not only being professional but human and friendly! We'll try again next year 😊
