I love this place and the kids didn't want to leave. There are multiple covered picnic areas of various sizes. There are also multiple tables some with standing BBQ grills. Also there is a group of 4 play ground swings by larger group picnicking area. The beach area and swimming area is quite large and there is a lot of parking with a few handicap spots. There are a couple easily accessible picnic tables and restrooms are maintained better then other places. The beach was trash free and the sand was pleasant on the feet. If you fish while others swim this is a great place for that. I guarantee you will have fun there.

It’s very scenic, only $5 for your car (honor system). It’s mostly shallow until you get closer to the outer rope line. They have a bathroom several picnic table with grills and some are shaded.

So very beautiful. We visited late afternoon and it wasn't crowded at all. Overall clean... No complaints here!
