About

Public swimming pool for families, with a lazy river, slides and a diving board.

Information regarding specific pool temperatures for the Marshfield Aquatic Center is not publicly provided. As an outdoor seasonal facility, water temperatures are expected to vary based on ambient weather conditions.

What are people saying (AI review summary)? The aquatic center receives mixed reviews, often praised for its affordability ($5 per person) and value, with many appreciating the slides, diving board, and generally friendly/attentive lifeguards. It's considered a good option for younger kids (junior high and below). However, significant negative feedback includes poor operational communication, such as outdated online operating hours and phone recordings, leading to wasted trips for some families. Other criticisms highlight dirty restrooms and showers, weak plastic chairs, and a perceived lack of actual swimming space, leading to congestion. Some found the 'lazy river' disappointing, concession prices high, and noted a lack of dedicated adult swimming areas, as well as difficulty securing shade and seating.

Great pool and aquatic center. It was a great value. Entrance free is only $5 per person. Pool has 2 slides and a diving board. Life guards were young, but attentive. Pool is probably best for Jr high and younger kids.

Kids had a great time. $5 per person seems like a pretty good deal to me. Lifeguards were friendly to me and my kids. Facilities are nice. We will definitely be back! Only improvement I can think of was one of the bathroom lights weren't working and the plastic chairs are weak (I saw a large lady sit in one and it literally broke apart)

You get a lot for the price. We all had a great time!

Marshfield did not update their open and closed times until 2 days after they closed it on all week days. First we had to drive 30 minutes to find the pool closed. Had to call, text and Facebook them asking why before they updated their Google page open and closed times. Then another 30 minute drive with 3 very disappointed toddlers. Hour total of driving. When we called the phone number it was only a voice recording telling us they were open, but couldnt speak with anybody. The recording was from 2023. We are not going back to Marshfield for their aquatic center or anything frankly. We will find a different town. I suggest re-hiring or or restructuring.

There's actually really no place to swim unless you dive off the board and that's a little area Ron the other side of the rope that separates the diving pool from everything else is very small so much congestion on aquatics then all the little ones and their parents are out there in the pool is only 10 ft 6 deep blow the diving board shower and restroom area is so dirty a cheeseburger that's smaller than McDonald's is 7 dollars an 85 cents you don't get there early enough all the beach whales find all the shade and all the chairs before anybody else gets them but the main thing there's no adult swimming area the so-called lazy river is the biggest joke I ever seen all other pools that see that just laugh and laugh they put so much gymnasium and aquatic stuff is so congested an also two big slides they need to remove some of that gymnasium it's too much stuff and no swimming area at all
