I love this gym! The cycle bikes are excellent, I always get a lane for lap swimming at the pool, and the steam sauna leaves me feeling amazing! Staff are super kind and professional, and classes are diverse fun and accessible to all different ages and abilities… very excellent!

Just visited this gym for the first time and had a really good experience. The place was clean, everything felt organized, and the equipment looked well taken care of. The environment was solid too, it wasn’t too packed or overwhelming. Definitely a spot I’ll come back to.

Went to genesis today! Very clean,and spacious gym. Lots of different classes. Big nice pool with hot tub. Friendly staff! Fitness advisor Noah Lane was very helpful. This gym also includes a shake bar. Pic included down below. This gym also includes a daycare while you workout. Overall recommend most of all, if you live in the st Joesph area.

I was in the vicinity of this club (1 hour away) for a week visit and inquired about use of the pool to swim laps. A guest membership was arranged and it is an excellent 25m saltwater pool. Marked lanes. Update: I had my 2nd swim on Sunday afternoon and pool was almost empty. Tried the 8x8 or so jacuzzi and the men's steam room and both were fine. Delanie? behind the counter, a runner, was charming and made a good smoothie. Maybe one more swim b4 departure. Update 3. Stopped by on my way to KCI on Thursday but had no time to swim. BUT I may have left a black shirt and a new/old ball cap there. If found, please let me know. Thanks.

Adequate. The employees and club members are nice, they have just about everything anyone would need to get in a good workout. The gym is about on par with other Genesis health clubs I have used as it relates to cleanliness; however, most of the weight machines are old and in need of repair/replacement. Many of the benches are in need of repairs. The drinking fountains have been broken for as long as I have been coming with no visible signage or expectation of replacement. The biggest negative criticism I have is with the layout. There is nowhere to stretch and work on mobility without being directly behind the basketball backboard. Better not close your eyes while you’re doing a plank, or you might get hit. It’s pretty irritating and I would expect a large corporate gym to have this in mind when designing a large expansion to an existing club. Overall, adequate and I will continue to use.
