What are people saying (AI review summary)? The pool generally receives positive feedback for its clean, well-kept facilities, which include a toddler section, water slides, a deep end with a diving board, and attentive lifeguards. Many reviewers appreciate it as a good, family-oriented place. However, a significant number of negative experiences are reported concerning a 'head lady' or management figure. This individual is frequently described as rude, confrontational, and on a power trip, often yelling at patrons, calling names, and banning them for minor infractions or for politely voicing opinions about her behavior. One reviewer quoted her as saying, 'It's my pool I can do whatever I want,' after being banned. These negative interactions with management have led some to declare they will not return, despite enjoying the pool itself. There was also an isolated incident where the facility closed without checking changing rooms, leading patrons to be locked inside.

It was a pleasure going there, my second time I will return love it there!
I just want to say, I love the pool, what u don't love, is the way the head lady there marches around being rude to everyone coming up to everyone with the intention of wanting to have a problem with them instead of just talking talking to them. I took my family there about a week ago, stepped off to the side to vape, no big deal. This lady came up to me and told me there was no vaping allowed, okay no big deal, honest mistake, they let you vape on the tables at the st Joseph aquatic park, different pool, different rules, no big deal, but the thing is the lady kept on being confrontational with me even after I was taking my vaping product with my car. Brush it off, no big deal, and I take my family back a week later, this time, my 16 year old was told not to curse. Which I s absolutely correct, and I agreed with. Then as we leave the head lady comes up to me extra confrontational again. So I 🤔 ld her that she was absolutely correct and i agreed with her but I didn't appreciate that she was rude to me Everytime we came here. Then this lady proceeded to tell me that i was no longer allowed in the pool because i voiced that i felt she was rude. I did not curse at her, I did not get rude with her, but I was quite unappreciative of her power trip in the way she insists on being extra confrontational with everyone. So, in a nutshell. I love the pool, love that this lady is trying to keep a good family oriented place to go to. But telling me that I am not welcome because of that fact that I politely told this lady I feel that she was rude. Might I add that when I told her I didn't think it was right to ban someone from an establishment because I had an opinion that the lady was rude and politely told her so, I was told " It's my pool I can do whatever I want." I put the quotations there because that sentence was verbatim. Are you flipping serious lady?!?! So since this lady seems to think that it's adequate to "ban" people simply due to the fact that they have viewpoints and opinions that don't align with hers, which would be pretty much everyone making up the general public; I can't help but to wonder if this lady actually holds any real objective or desire to keep "her pool" open in the first place!?! Now that this is established that as long as that lady is still working there, I will never to give this establishment a single penny of mine ever again. Five stars for pool, negative 100 stars for head management.
Very well kept clean pool. Lifeguards are very attentive to the swimmers. When they say pool closed they mean it. We had to climb the fence to get out. They didn't even check the changing room before locking the doors and leaving.
This pool has a toddler section, a shallow section with 2 water slides, and a deep end with a diving board. Lots of life guards, and a concession stand. Pretty nice place.
Some lady at the pool ruined my whole experience, wouldn’t stop following me around and tried to kick me out multiple time, I was smoking she told me I had to leave the pool area to do that and I did, she started screaming at me and called me names she told me I was band soon after that, I told her I understood I had to leave to smoke but she still yelled and even yelled at my children, she was very rude and didn’t like my experience at all
