What are people saying (AI review summary)? Splash Station is generally considered enjoyable for small children due to its shallow areas and availability of chairs, with some positive mentions of attentive lifeguards. However, several negative aspects are frequently highlighted. These include the pool getting busy, issues with teenagers causing disruptions (e.g., throwing balls) for which lifeguards are sometimes deemed unresponsive, and a perceived lack of truly safe wading areas. On hot days, the concrete surfaces become dangerously hot, causing foot burns due to a lack of cooling measures. Additionally, visitors often experience long wait times to enter, even for season pass holders, due to inefficient registration processes, leading to frustration and an overall inconsistent experience, which some find overpriced.

My 5 y/o enjoys splash station a lot and it's a good pool for smaller kids who can't quite swim yet. The main pool has is mostly shallow area, which is great for small kids. The actual pool area isn't really that big and can get a little busy. I've always been able to easily get chairs for us though. The lifeguards are always super attentive.
This place is the bomb for young kids. We bring our 5 year old granddaughter.
It's a shame they permit teenagers to wreak havoc on what should be a safe and relaxing activity for little ones and parents/grandparents. We gave-up and left, after moving chairs three times to avoid being hit again in the head, from footballs thrown across the pool. Lifeguards were worthless. Way overpriced. NO safe area to wade in the water.
Fun place, been many times. Yesterday however, with a 112° index the concrete was SO hot and they dont have any walkway sprinklers or anything, i blister burned the bottom of my feet! I wasnt the only one, i spoke to another couple whi had burnt their feet as well. I was a mom running with an infant just to get to a shaded area to stand! I have pictures of my blistered soles...i can hardly walk!
Depends on the day. Season pass holder. Go many times and wait to get in 30-45 minutes while the workers are registering new people. Pass line and one for registration would be nice. Left today after 35 minutes wait with 2 small upset kids and 30 people in front of in line. Not worth the wait
