Who does not love a pool with diving boards? Crystal clear and refreshing cold water. Best pool in Pennsylvania.

We had a really good time in there, but very disappointed of the staff. Two young girls guards who we’re working at the kids area we’re making fun of the people and laughing of them and also not professional talking to the kids. I was next to them and they were talking about how ladies looked like. One of them when to one the girl and pulled her up to change her vest without notifying the mother first.

We had a fun time at Crystal Pool. Great price for all-day swim passes, and the slides wristband is also reasonably priced. The hand stamp is nice which allows reentry. I was pleased to see that the lifeguards were attentive and called people out when they were behaving poorly. You can BYO chair or rent one for $5. You're also welcome to bring your own floats and pool toys. The locker rooms are very basic but serve their purpose. The free lockers are a huge bonus that many water parks don't have. While the water was clear, there was a lot of debris floating around, so it would've been nice if someone came through with a skimmer to scoop out the most noticeable things like bugs.

Decided last min to drive to Knoebels for the day and it was a beautiful day at the pool. Pool was clean and large area for kids and adults for different pool depth levels, lifeguards plentiful, diving boards, slides, pool goes up to 12ft I believe. Will be back, it does get busy but just enough where u don’t feel overcrowded.

I would definitely give 5 stars if the water wasn't that cold! Even for the kids, it took them 5 good minutes to get in! And they generally don't mind the water temperature. The water park is nice, the slides are lots of fun and there's a splash area for the little ones.
