They have a lot of workout equipment here The bike the waitlisting swimming a spa it's a very nice place to go for seniors and to bring your children to go swimming on the weekends it's not real cold water it's very nice

Our Special needs son loved this place. We went there for a event for Special needs day. Since our son cannot usually stand big crowds or too many people in one place at once. The restrooms and inside were very HOT though. Especially if you stay for a long time like for an hour. There is also no BABY CHANGING STATIONS & again it's not a place to take small children or BABIES due to there not being any AC or Fans to provide cool air. It's an OKAY place if you go for maybe 30 minutes only. We took our 11 Month old baby girl and she was sweating alot. Thankfully we were only there for LESS THAN 30 minutes.

Hosted my son's 3rd Birthday party here and we had a great time. We paid for a private party so we had the center to ourselves for a little over an hour. Everyone had fun and we'll probably do it again.

Took my son for swim lessons. Nice indoor pool! My child loved his teacher, and he is more confident in the water now.
