Update 09/06/25: Jermaine, Darrell, and Anthony arrived today with the new hot tub. They worked together as a team and took apart the screen in the lanai and removed the old hot tub and moved in the new hot tub. They disconnected the wiring and were very careful not to damage anything when moving the hot tubs. Then they put the screen back together. Unfortunately the old hot tub wiring wasn't compatible with the new hot tub so we couldn't add any water yet. I am looking forward to testing it out once we get an electrician to rewire everything. Jermaine was very patient and went over the details with me how to care for the hot tub and change the cartridges and clean the filters. I would highly recommend Affordable Spas to anybody! All 3 were professional and did a great job. My family came to this location to make a purchase for a hot tub and spent 3 hours with a salesperson. They thought the salesperson did a great job and was very patient with them. They bought a Jacuzzi hot tub and will take 6 weeks to deliver.

If you are in the market for a spa, I definitely recommend Affordable Spas, Pools & Billiards of Central FL. Rodney (the owner) and Tommy (salesperson) gave me an extremely fair deal and treated me wonderfully. They were knowledgeable, addressed all my concerns, answered my questions and didn't pressure me into making a decision. The delivery and installation was over-the-top. The delivery was able to be made the day after I purchased my spa. Anthony and Germaine delivered the spa and were excellent. They were polite, neat, respectful of my property and cleaned up afterwards. They gave me a comprehensive "care and maintenance" course after they set up the spa and made sure everything was working properly. When they left, they reassured me that I should call with any questions or concerns that might arise. From purchase, to delivery to installation, this establishment far exceeded my expectations.

The team of Rodney, Anthony & Jermaine accomplished the near impossible task of delivering and setting our new swim- spa. These guys are knowledgeable, hard-working, and most of all courteous and respectful of us, our home and our neighbors. It was a challenging task. When we were shopping for a swim-spa we really appreciated that we were provided with the facts and features but there was NOT a pushy sales pitch. We are pleased to have become a part of the "Affordable Family"

Excellent customer service from the point of sale to delivery! Friendly and easy to deal with. The delivery guys were awesome and so helpful with all my questions. Literally ordered my spa over the phone and it came 2 weeks early! Definitely the place to purchase a Jacuzzi tub. Highly recommend!

My husband and I decided we wanted a pool for our grandchildren to play in and my husband to do laps in. Rodney was able to answer all my questions as a first-time pool owner and made invaluable recommendations. We have had our pool up for about a month, and it is so easy to care for using the Blu system and Rodney's care instructions. Our experience with the pool led us to get our first jacuzzi from Affordable as well. The jacuzzi was delivered and set up seamlessly. Jermaine and Anthony are the most likable delivery and set-up guys I have ever dealt with. They are all knowledgeable and willing to help out first-timers:-) We could not be more happy with our purchases and choosing Affordable Pools and Spas!!!!!
