Unsafe and unhygienic. Mold and open gaps from water damage in bathroom ceiling drywall and bathroom vents lacking filter that would prevent bugs or even rodents from entry into the room. Furnishings are worn out, rusted, and dirty. This is not a place that should be on app platforms. I am attempting to get a refund but so far have not been able.

I won't stay there again. One small soap bar, definitely not enough for two adults to shower with. Old raggedy towels (I went to Walmart and bought two, so we could shower), no hand towels, toilet leaked, stains on the ceiling that looked like some kind of bug was squished and smeared

Spoiled food in the room, mold in the bathroom, poor AC, stained sheets, poor service. I don't recommend.

Horrible, discussing place, OYO in Spanish is a hole. This hotel is a hole, dirty, smelly, humid and gross! The bed sheets were not changed, everything was stained. I cannot believe that places like this exist and still stay open! My teen cried. Management was so rude. This place deserves 0 stars. Please do not stay here!!!! I am requesting a refund!

Staying here for one night for work. Check in was easy no issues. Price was like $60 for a 2 bed room. Open door to hotel room and the room smells like cigarettes when I asked for non smoking. Light fixtures barely work. Everything has stains. Curtains, bed sheets, floor. Took sheets off to check for bed bugs because you'll definitely want to. There's crumbs in the mattress. Found roaches in the bathroom. Holes in the wall. AC unit is by the bathroom and the room stays hot with it set to run all night.
