Why this isn't a "resort" the rooms were pleasant! Pool and hottub were BIG (very strong chlorine). Breakfast was great with many yummy options. Great stay! **we left a sweater and they were so kind to mail it back to us and charged our card for it. **
This hotel really deserves a 5 star review! The customer service is amazing, and there are 24/7 drinks (tea, coffee, hot cocoa) available. The rooms are about average for most hotels, but I do not have any complaints.
Very clean and well kept . Great customer service. Complementary breakfast really good coffee. I’ve been to a lot of hotels in the last four years and this one was top notch
Steven was exceptionally helpful. Not only did he take care of my laundry needs, he acted as a concierge and gave me an entire look on the options around me. Best service I've ever experienced! Will definitely be back!
Stayed here for a short family trip and overall had a good experience. The room was very clean, the breakfast was solid, and the coffee was excellent—which, for me, is crucial. 😅 The pool was clean and relaxing, and the property felt well maintained. There were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, and my room wasn’t cleaned at all during my 3-night stay, so I had to ask for towels daily. The shower head had a really narrow spray, which made rinsing off tough, and the Wi-Fi was so slow as to be basically unusable. Despite those issues, it was still a comfortable and pleasant stay. With a few improvements, this place could easily be a five-star experience.
