We love this swimming pool! The pool area offers a play park, a deep end with 5 full lap lanes, two bathrooms, a pavilion, three poolside gazebos, a shallow and deep end, fenced pool area, basketball courts, etc. the liar goes on, if you’re living in this neighborhood or your just visiting this is great pool!

This pool is a PRIVATE pool for use by the Madera Highlands residents ONLY. You must have a key to both enter and exit the gate, if you do not have a key you are trespassing. If asked by another resident to show your key, those that belong here don't mind, it's those without a key that get upset. This is a private pool paid for by resident HOA fees. This is not for public use! Recently there has been vandalism destroying both the gates and lounge chairs, and sadly bathrooms as well. However, there will be cameras placed soon to avoid this from happening is my understanding, hopefully sooner than later. That being said, I enjoy the morning swim getting my laps done as the lanes are really nice and deep. The residents are friendly and the pool is clean and not really too busy and most of the children are pretty darn well behaved and parents are always there. I wish there were some sunshades as shade is very limited. I'm a happy resident of Madera Highlands.

We like coming here as a family. It hasn't been too crowded when we have gone. Great way to downs a few hours on the weekend.

I love taking my son to go play. Only downside is that they don't have swings and people often leave their trash around. There is also a gated pool that gets crowded in the afternoons but mornings are nice.

Pool is OK, no issues. They should not allow babys or toddlers in diapers. This is a private pool for Madera Highlands residents only. You need a key to get in and out.
