Sparkle and Splash has maintained our pool for almost 17 years. They are responsive, professional and always dependable and trustworthy. They do not use “upselling” to get us to purchase equipment not needed. When the pool equipment does need a repair they explain in “laymen” terms. There are many pool companies in the Tucson area and many less expensive for weekly cleaning, but Sparkle and Splash has almost become part of our Tuesday morning family. We are very satisfied with them.

Highly Recommend Sparkle and Splash Humans are creatures of habit, and I admit I usually stick with the same pool companies. But after my pool was down for two weeks with no timely response from my usual providers, I tried fixing the issue myself. Unfortunately, one small mistake made things worse. That’s when I decided to call Sparkle and Splash—and I’m so glad I did. From the first contact, they were professional and had me scheduled the very next day. Tyler, the service technician, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and was back two days later to complete the repair. Not only did he fix everything perfectly, but he also took the time to explain what I had done wrong and how to handle it correctly in the future. This level of service, professionalism, and consideration is rare these days. My experience truly lived up to their name—Sparkle and Splash made my pool shine again. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Sparkle and Splash is always super responsive when I need help with my pool. I have used them for a new spa heater, new pump, and new filter over the last 5-6 years along with some other maintenance and repairs along the way. Their techs are always friendly and helpful (they even sent me a how-to video for my new backwash valve!). I feel confident that they are going to take good care of me and my pool every time.

My experience with this outstanding pool company couldn’t have been better. From the beginning in receiving the initial quote to our constant follow up to make sure we were doing the right things to prepare our pool, to the technicians who changed out our pumps, to the professionals who cleaned and detailed our tile. Every point of the process was professional and the communication could’ve not been better. If you’re looking for a pool company that provides you a great sense of security, excellent communication, and does what is promised then this is the company to use!! A big shout out to Chris who provided us with a lot of care and comfort when it came to making sure all the details were taken care of.

I take care of my own pool and use Sparkle and Splash for all my pool pump and filter maintenance. I have been using Sparkle for over 5 years because they are amazing. They are the most helpful and honest group of people and they take such good care of me. It’s the people who work there that make this company so great. Their customer service is top notch and unmatched. Starting with the office. Chris is amazing. He is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He’s patient every time I have called them with an emergency or even a simple question, and he makes sure I am taken care of. Tyler and Josiah are absolutely wonderful and take care of my maintenance and have really rescued me on many occasions. Jacob and Paul are the reason I can manage taking care of my pool with regard to chemical maintenance, as they have always helped, educated, and encouraged me to a greater understanding of how to manage and navigate that process. I feel confident in taking on that job because of them and they have always been there to help me thru. Paul is absolutely the best! I went thru a lot of pool companies until I found Sparkle, and that is why I am still with them after 5 years. I can’t recommend or thank them enough!
