I stayed here a long time ago and the room was clean but I am reviewing their restaurant today. The food I ordered was good. My server was really nice, attentive and sweet. She calls me baby but I am not the only one she call like that cause I hear her call the other customer also. But that made me feel like I am home with my mom cooking for me.
Very nice hotel with very clean rooms. Furniture had alot of wear and tear. Probably, not because it's old, but previous guests. Rooms are pretty spacious and comfortable. The casino was very nice. Didn't gamble any, but the games looked pretty good. They have live table roulette, craps, and blackjack. The pool area is amazing. Huge pool, jacuzzi, fire pit and a bar. Great time.
Food was NOT good! My girlfriend went straight to the bathroom and through up after we left. We ate at the Thunder bar & grill. She got chicken and I got fish….had better at gas stations! The rooms were very simple with no mini frig to put food or drinks in. We called twice and asked for extra pillow and blanket never showed up! We do not drink alcohol and there was no place to get drinks on the gaming floor other than at a bar or restaurant. Pool area looked nice but it was raining during our stay and was not able to enjoy it! We will NOT be returning. For a new hotel definitely could have been better.
I went there to play bubble craps. Which was a Mistake. The bubble craps that they had looked really old it was the 4 machine one with the dice in the middle for everyone and it was not working. So I went to play blackjack and asked for a drink since they dont have any pop machines on the floor which was ridiculous. The waiter came by to take my order I played a chute and a half and still no drink. So I colored up and had to walk all the way across the casino to the bar to get a Pepsi. That being said the bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. But definitely not the place to go to play bubble craps.
I honestly couldn't tell you how the rooms are. I went here for the Staind concert with my husband and it was a nice venue. The casino was pretty nice as far as I could tell walking through. Wouldn't mind going back just to gamble and have a few drinks.
