They have a great area for the kids to play. We buy a summer pass every year and drive from Westerville to plain city just to go to this particular aquatic center. Customer service is outstanding there and the towns people are so polite. We just enjoy going here every summer and will continue going back every year.

Terrible management. They take your money upfront but then prevent you from swimming, citing a vague, uncommunicated no-refund policy. The staff was rude and dismissive, leaving me feeling like I was robbed after bringing my family and relatives who were visiting from out of town. Despite leaving to buy new swimwear from Walmart, they continued to claim our swimsuits were not approved.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Plain City pool is an absolute gem! The amenities are fantastic, starting with the awesome snack bar that offers a great selection of treats. The tube slide is thrilling and adds a lot of fun to our visits. The splash park area is perfect for kids, providing endless entertainment. For the little ones, there are swings in the water, which is such a unique feature. The zero-entry pool makes it accessible and enjoyable for everyone. The diving board is a hit with both kids and adults who love a bit of adventure. There are plenty of grassy areas for those who just want to relax and soak up the sun, and there are always enough chairs to go around. The staff is amazing, and the lifeguards are extremely attentive, ensuring everyone's safety. Plus, the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, which is a big plus. Overall, it's a fantastic place to spend a summer day with family and friends. Highly recommend!
