Amanda Prescott is probably the absolutely worst irresponsible property manager I have ever experienced in 46 years! I would greatly advise you to reconsider leasing from this property management!!! Be AWARE!!

I reported multiple water leaks to the landlord, Amanda, who ignored them. Eventually the leaks and water damage became too extensive and the ceiling caved in. My daughter slipped and fell in the water that would come up through our floor boards and Amanda’s response was “that sucks, but I don’t have enough maintenance people to fix the leaks right now”. There is now a giant hole in the ceiling of my bottom floor apartment so the apartment above us is just sitting on plywood that’s saturated with water damage. Not to mention the gas leaks that Amanda failed to notify any of the tenants about. She’s good at lying but the gas company kept us informed thankfully. Seriously do not recommend this complex at all. I wish I could give negative stars.

Had my pipe fall apart during the night, Amanda the property manager was amazing and immediately responded! She had Dustin the maintance come out and repair everything! They are both amazing people and super friendly. They make you feel like family living here!

Amanda Prescott is one excellent manager who goes above and beyond. We’re new trailer travelers and had our first blowout! She was more than cordial and called her mechanic shop who graciously came and assisted at a minimal charge. We can’t thank you enough Amanda!! Don & Vicky Griffith

We just love our apartment. Nicole the manager is amazing. She is great at answering any questions. She shows interests in our problems if there are any. She is very friendly, she is way nicer and understanding than a lot of other apartments I have ever lived at. I can say she has made our living experience wonderful. I have recommended the apartments to many other families and friends. She also throws great meet and greets. Its a great way for the neighbors to get to know each other. I love living here and I'm glad Nicole is our property manager. She has very good office manners. I'm very happy we moved here. Thanks for the amazing experience of a great place to live. We did have some issues with plumbing, ( which in no way was their fault) and we kinda had a little bit of hard time through that process, HOWEVER, I've never met someone who will go above and beyond to help me and my family. She even helped us clean our stuff and helped us pack to relocate to another apartment at the end of the same building. We are very happy with our new apartment and I am glad that they were able to fix the plumbing problem so another family could move into it. Unfortunately sometimes when you buy a apartment complex you buy all of its problems. They are doing a fantastic job on remodeling apartments and upgrading the apartments. We've been here over a year now and I am super happy with Nicole and the district manager Elizabeth. They have put a dog park, a playground, barbeque area and a pool even a kiddy pool. If you are looking for a place to live you should come check then out. I promise you that you will love it. It's quite,nice and a very comfortable environment to live in.
