What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the pool are mixed. Many appreciate it as a free, refreshing neighborhood gem, especially for families, noting the splash pad for toddlers and deeper sections for older kids. The presence of lifeguards is a plus for safety, and some highlight it as a beautiful spot for Black culture with a basketball court. However, common complaints include inconsistent pool availability (often closed unexpectedly or when the website indicates it's open), occasional gross water, and limited amenities like umbrellas and chairs. Additionally, guests are not allowed to bring floats or noodles, making it more suitable for shorter visits rather than an all-day outing, and it can get quite busy.

Pools nice about 1/4 of the time we go. Other times it's either closed when it says it's open or the water is gross. Really disappointed that it was closed today right before school starts when the website says it's open. It usually doesn't close until after labor day.
It is so nice to have a pool in our neighborhood. My toddlers love the splash pad area, and there's a nice deeper pool for the older kids and adults. I love that they employ life guards so we can feel safe letting our kids explore and have fun.
The kids loved it and the water was warm. Make sure to get there early. Not alot of umbrellas and It seems to get busy. Not allowed to bring any floats or noodles so not a all day thing but fun for a couple hours to beat the heat in the summer with bored kids.
such a great little hidden gem, water is refreshing without being uncomfortable, love that its free just wish they had chairs for patrons.
