This is the best gym!! Working out here always feels so welcoming and helps me to stay motivated to improve my fitness and reach my goals. I train with Katie and she is AMAZING!! I am a runner and I hadn't focused much on strength before starting personal training. After starting training with Katie, I realized it was exactly what I needed. I dropped pounds of body fat, gained muscle, and quickly began setting personal records. My running has reached the next level and Katie is always supportive and helpful while keeping me accountable. I could not recommend training with Katie more!
As a military veteran and business owner, I take pride in being an active member of my community. My wife, a dedicated medical professional, and I have memberships at several gyms, and we were excited to explore One Life Fitness based on the positive feedback we received about its cleanliness and offerings. However, our experience was incredibly disappointing. When I called to inquire about a tour and a workout for both of us, I was met with a surprising response: we would each need to pay $20, fill out paperwork, and then wait for a manager to give us a guided tour. I was taken aback and asked why we had to pay for what I assumed would be a complimentary first visit, especially since we were looking to see if the gym would be a good fit for us. The staff member's response was condescending and unprofessional, stating that while it was free to look around, we would have to pay to actually work out. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I believe that potential members should be welcomed with open arms, not treated as if they are just another source of revenue. Even if they offered a free membership, I would never consider working out at this facility. There are plenty of other options in the area that treat their members with dignity and respect. For instance, Planet Fitness and the local Rec Center offer memberships for just $10 a month, and they prioritize customer service. In short, I strongly advise against wasting your money at One Life Fitness. There are far better alternatives that value their members and create a welcoming environment.
Good gym but the customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Especially by the assistant manager Von. I called the day before to see if I could bring a guest to try out the gym for a free day pass. Whoever I was speaking to told me no problem at all, they just need to bring their id and sign a waiver. I said great, we will be there tomorrow! The next day we get there and Von proceeds to tell me that’s not a thing and there’s no way I called the day before because “I answered all the calls yesterday, and I didn’t take your call.” I proceeded to show him my phone log confirming exactly what I said. He didn’t care and just kept claiming I didn’t call there and no one told me that. Refused to offer the free day pass for my dad to workout. I was so angry I was ready to cancel my membership right then and there. Decided to call a different One Life and ask the same thing, they said the same the person on the phone told me the day before. We showed up, he signed a waiver, took his id and was able to workout for the day.. no problems whatsoever. So I’m not sure what sort of ego trip the assistant manager at this location is on but it’s extremely distasteful and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Shouldn’t work in customer service if you don’t understand how to make your customers happy.
I was a little nervous about joining a class where I did not know anyone, even though I had a decent fitness base. After dealing with some past injuries, I knew I had a lot of room for improvement — but I was not sure what to expect. From day one, Chris made me feel completely welcome. Chris is an outstanding instructor who genuinely cares about every person in the room. He takes the time to modify exercises to fit your individual fitness level, whether you are recovering from an injury, just starting out, or already advanced. His depth of knowledge about fitness and proper form is truly impressive, and he always makes sure we are challenged in a safe, effective way. The class itself is phenomenal — not only has my strength improved significantly, but so has my confidence. What really makes this place special is the atmosphere: we are all at different fitness levels, yet everyone is so supportive of one another. Chris keeps things fresh with monthly challenges that keep us motivated and pushing toward our goals. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or expert, Fit360 is absolutely the place for you. I am so glad I took that first step to join — it has been a game-changer for both my fitness and my mindset. Just so you know, I am not a “spring chicken”, but I am motivated and encouraged every time I step into the room.
Fit360 is a game-changer for me! I’ve been a member for a few years and have taken many classes at the gym, but Fit360 is on a whole different level. The workouts combine bodyweight exercises and strength training in a way that’s both challenging and incredibly effective. The small class size makes it feel personal and focused. Coach Chris is phenomenal—he truly takes the time to understand your strengths and pushes you to be your absolute best. His energy, motivation, and attention to detail make every class something I genuinely look forward to. I’ve never felt stronger or more supported in my fitness journey.
